12" Apple Blossom Spurtle
Signature Series
$30.00
The Apple Blossom Spurtle brings a little of the tree’s story into one of the most useful tools in the kitchen. Hand-carved from apple wood, it has warm golden color, lively grain, and a broad working end shaped for everyday mixing and stirring.
At about 12 inches long and 1½ inches wide, its gently tapered form works especially well for stirring sourdough starter, mixing dough and batter, folding ingredients together, and scraping along the sides and corners of a bowl or pot.
The handle is finished with a hand-cut apple blossom kolrosing design, a small detail inspired by the tree the wood came from. The darkened knife lines sit quietly against the warm apple grain, adding character without taking over the piece.
Useful enough to reach for every day, but distinctive enough to feel special, this spurtle is a simple reminder that practical things can still carry a little beauty and story.
