13" teardrop cooking spoon

This spoon was a pleasure to carve from a beautiful piece of soft maple that fell in December. Its curved shape follows the natural flow of the branch it is from. This, along with the fluted facets carved along the handle, make it a joy to hold in your hand. The carved detail at neck, the rounded finial at the base, and the toasted brown color from a careful baking process give this spoon a touch of elegance and unique flair.
