This 12-inch Angled Baked Maple Cooker is hand-carved from lightly baked maple, giving naturally pale maple a warm, deeper brown tone while keeping the wood smooth, strong, and comfortable in the hand.

Its 2-3/4-inch bowl is shaped with an angled edge that makes it especially useful for working along the sides and bottom of pans—great for stirring, sautéing, scraping, and folding ingredients together.
