Bark-On Maple Cooker

This 11-inch Everyday Series cooking spoon is hand-carved from baked maple, giving the wood a deeper, warmer color and bringing out more of the natural variation in the grain.

Its 2-inch bowl is sized for everyday stirring, mixing, sautéing, and serving, while the gently curving handle gives the spoon a comfortable, natural feel in the hand. A section of bark has been intentionally left along the handle, adding a wonderfully tactile surface and giving the spoon a more rustic character.

The bark is more than decoration—it’s a simple reminder of where the spoon came from. This is still a hard-working kitchen tool, meant to be used often, but it keeps a little more of the branch intact along the way.
