Birch Stirrer Spoon

This smaller Spalter birch stirring spoon is made for the everyday jobs where a full-size cooking spoon can feel like more than you need. At 11 inches long, it has a light, nimble feel that gives you plenty of control when stirring sauces, oatmeal, smaller pots, or anything that needs a more delicate touch.

The 2-inch bowl is compact but still generous enough for serving, while the spalting in the birch brings a natural artistry to the subtle natural grain that make the spoon feel simple, clean, and quietly distinctive.

Comfortable, versatile, and easy to reach for, it’s the kind of spoon that can quickly become a favorite for smaller everyday cooking jobs.
