“Elk at Dusk” Maple Spoon
Signature Series
$65.00
Out of stock
Carved from a storm-fallen maple limb, this one-of-a-kind spoon showcases a natural grain pattern so striking it feels like a painted landscape. The wood itself forms the horizon line, warm sunset tones, and shifting shadows — and the kolrosing brings that world to life.
An elk stands at the tree line, birds cut across the sky, and fish move below the imagined water’s surface — all hand-etched, all shaped to the contours and natural colors of the maple. No dyes, no stains: the scene emerges from what the tree already offered.
This is a Signature Series piece: functional, beautifully balanced in the hand, and equally suited to daily stirring or display as a small work of wilderness art.
