Heartwood Halo Cherry Ladle
Premium Collection
$60.00
This premium hand-carved cherry spoon combines a striking natural grain pattern with a practical, generously shaped bowl. At 14 inches long, it offers comfortable reach for cooking in deeper pots, while its 3-inch-wide scoop makes it especially useful for serving soups, stews, vegetables, grains, and sauces—or as a light-duty ladle.
The bowl showcases one of cherry wood’s most beautiful features: a natural contrast between the darker heartwood and lighter sapwood. Concentric growth rings sweep through the scoop, creating a distinctive pattern that reveals exactly how the spoon was positioned within the tree. Subtle hand-carved facets remain visible inside the bowl, adding texture and preserving the character of the carving process.
A restrained geometric chip-carved detail decorates the end of the long, gently tapered handle. It adds a quiet point of interest without competing with the wood’s natural color and grain.
Balanced, useful, and entirely one of a kind, this is a serving spoon made for regular use—but beautiful enough to leave out between meals.
