Each print begins with the actual cross section of a storm-fallen crabapple log—the same tree that became many of the hand-carved Storm Drop spoons. Instead of discarding what remained, the tree was given one more life. Inked by hand and pressed onto premium 11" x 14" paper, the log itself becomes the printing block, revealing its rings, cracks, growth lines, and years of weathered history.
No two prints are ever the same. Because each one is individually hand-pulled, some impressions are bold and dark, others softer and lighter. That variation is not a flaw—it is the mark of authenticity. Each print captures a single moment between wood, ink, pressure, and hand.
